A. Local Storage & Account Data
Our games operate on a server-less, local-first architecture. We do not require or collect personal accounts, emails, phone numbers, or passwords.
- Local Profiles: Any nickname, game stats, high scores, coin balances, streaks, or game board states are stored locally on your device using `SharedPreferences`.
- No Server Collection: This data is never sent to our servers.
B. Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Local Multiplayer
When using multiplayer modes (VS Player / Party Mode):
- Local Discovery: The app utilizes Wi-Fi multicast and local TCP sockets to discover and connect with other devices on the same local network.
- No Internet Relays: We do not transmit gameplay data over the internet or host multiplayer sessions on remote servers.
C. Advertising & Device Identifiers (Third-Party Collection)
To support our free games, we integrate Google AdMob for advertising.
- Identifiers Collected: Google AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Google Advertising ID) and IP addresses to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements, track ad performance, and prevent fraud.

2. Device Permissions We Request
To provide gameplay features, our apps request:
- Internet Access (INTERNET): Required for loading AdMob ads.
- Local Network Access (CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION): Required for peer-to-peer device discovery in local multiplayer modes.
- Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Required to schedule local reminders (e.g., daily puzzle reset).
3. Children's Privacy
Our games are designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal identification information from children. If Google AdMob serves ads in our apps, it complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) requirements by serving context-appropriate ads where necessary.
