Welcome to the games developed by Abtrivix ("Abtrivix," "we," "us"). By downloading or using our games and applications (collectively, the "Games"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

The Games are trivia and puzzle applications designed strictly for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes.
- Names and Statistics: The names, historical statistics, biographical details, team rosters, and career events of professional athletes referenced in the Games are publicly available facts. They are used under the doctrine of Fair Use (nominative use) to identify the subject of trivia.
B. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
Our Games are independent trivia and puzzle applications designed strictly for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes.
- No Affiliation: The Games are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any professional sports leagues, boards, governing bodies (such as the BCCI, FIFA, UEFA, ICC, or others), or any specific sports clubs, franchises, or teams.
- Trademarks: All trademarks, logos, team names, club badges, and brand references remain the property of their respective owners. Their use in our Games does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or official association.
C. Fallback Visuals (Crests and Logos)
Any club emblems, flags, or league logos rendered in the game are either stylized vector icons generated dynamically, public domain flag assets, or placeholder graphic fallbacks. We do not use licensed, copyrighted corporate logos in our app assets.
2. Acceptable Use Guidelines
You agree that you will not:
- Attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Games' APK binary or source code.
- Exploit the peer-to-peer multiplayer systems to transmit malicious data to other users' devices.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or memory editors to tamper with local coin balances or daily streaks.
3. Limitation of Liability
The Games are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. Abtrivix is not liable for any issues arising from local network gameplay configurations, device compatibility, or loss of local save data (such as profile stats or streak metrics) due to app uninstallation.
